Coaching Background: Going into my first full
season with the Lady Saints, I have a lot of excitement and enthusiasm. I have
coached the 14U Lady Bugs, 16U Lady Mustangs and the 18U Force. I've been
around the game for over 22 years as a player and coach.

Coaching Style: I believe that if you
work hard you achieve great things. My coaching style is laid back yet I can be
pretty aggressive to. I expect a lot out of these girls and will push them to
become not only great players on the field but great people in every day life!
I want these girls to have a blast playing the sport they love!
Goals: My goals are to see the Hillsdale Softball
program grow into what it should be. I want my athletes to walk away after four
years and be proud of the accomplishments they have achieved during their
college career. I hope that with each new year that comes the teams will not
only win on the field but win in life and in their walk with God.
