Mentoring Conference

One of the key objectives of the CCB is to provide forums and opportunities in which young and aspiring business leaders will interact with and be “mentored” by experienced Christian leaders who can serve as role models. Every Fall a Mentoring Conference is held on the campus of HCU for this purpose. During the event HCU business students will hear from a panel consisting of top leaders from local businesses and then sit at round tables for an extended session of Q&A with these guests. To describe the experience as overwhelming and eye-opening is an understatement. Many students went on to start their career in business while maintaining a mentee relationship with their “mentors” long after they have left school.
