Join us for the 2022 Dr. Dawn K. Wilson Teaching, Learning, + Research Symposium!
The 2022 Dr. Dawn K. Wilson Teaching, Learning, + Research Symposium will occur on Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. This highly impactful event will take place in McNair Hall and the Hinton Center on the HCU campus.
The theme for this year’s event is “The Magnificent Seven: Creativity | Collaboration | Communication | Critical Thinking | Cultural Competency | Citizenship | Character Development .” The symposium serves teachers and future teachers in public and private school settings, those who work in higher education, and those interested in research related to education and the behavioral sciences.
Breakout sessions will cover a gamut of topics focusing upon teaching, learning, and research. The sessions will be led by educators from multiple disciplines, area subject matter experts, and HCU graduate students.

Online registration is available for $30.00 for HCU faculty/staff and community members and $15 for HCU students until November 4.
On-site registration (via credit card only) will be offered for $40 on November 5.
