Dr. Mark Edworthy (PhD in Applied Theology, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and\u00a0DMin\u00a0in Evangelism and Missions at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary) teaches as an adjunct in the School of Christian Thought. Along with his wife, Susie, he served for\u00a0nearly thirty\u00a0years as an international missionary in Europe and was the Affinity Leader for European Peoples for the International Mission Board for his last decade on the field.<\/p>\n
He currently serves as the\u00a0CityRise\u00a0Network Director and launch pastor for\u00a0CityRise\u00a0Missouri City, which is the third campus in the network. He enjoys the beach, traveling, reading, and spending time with his nine grandchildren.<\/p>\n
