What is 1-on-1 Training?
Want to work closely with a coach to reach your individual fitness goals? Do you not like the group setting class environment? We offer 1-on-1 training at CrossFit Altus that may be a better fit for you as an individual. Through 1-on-1 training you will work closely with a coach through a 60 minute session geared towards helping you reach your goals. 1-on-1 training is more personable, and may be a better fit for your schedule as well as we will work with you when it best fits you as the client.
