Getting Started with Crossfit
Step 1: Participate in a Class
Come try out a class on us and see how you like it. In your first class you will be greeted by a coach who will get to know you and your fitness background. You will receive plenty of hands on coaching on day one, and this will continue through all your days at Altus. Step 2: Follow Up with a Coach on Your Experience
After your free trial class a coach will make contact and follow up with you about your experience and go over the membership options that we offer. Step 3: Sign Up
Our CrossFit workouts are designed to help you get into the best shape of your life. They will help improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, power, endurance, and your overall functionality in life. And, you will receive a FREE membership to the HCU Bradshaw Fitness Center!

1-on-1 Training is used to work closely with clients looking to improve their health and fitness outside of a group setting class in a more personable environment.
