Important Information
Supplying information through this form will be distributed to the various newsletter editors and others in charge of news distribution at HCU. Platforms that may be considered include the Campus Connections e-newsletter, the HCU Student Life e-newsletter, press releases, website blogs, website announcements, event calendars, marquees, e-newsletters, and/or The Pillars magazine.

Distribution Schedule
Campus Connections - Submit news by 3 p.m., Thursday for distribution the following Monday.
Student Newsletter - Submit news by 3 p.m., Thursday for distribution the following Sunday.

If your announcement is urgent, please submit the form below and Naomi Engel (nengel@hc.edu) in the Marketing Department to confirm receipt of the message to be distributed.

Campus Connections (employee e-news) or Student News (student e-news) are the best email platforms for internal announcements. To submit a request for either of these two, please fill out the News Announcement form instead.
