You can pay online 24/7 in our payment portal TouchNet (via HuskyNet). See Important Dates page for more information on payment deadlines.
Accessing TouchNet
Step 1: Login to my.hbu.edu
Step 2: Select the “HuskyNet” icon
Step 3: Select “Payment Portal” below student profile or under the “Additional Links”
Step 4: Click “Continue” (will be redirected to TouchNet)
See TouchNet home page and here is what you can do:
- View account activity (all of the charges and payments on your account)
- Make payments
- Enroll in payment plans
- Add authorized users
- Edit payment preferences
- And more
Making Payments
There are several ways to make payments via TouchNet depending on how you want your funds applied. If you are enrolled in a payment plan, see “Payment Plan Payments” tab.
Access TouchNet using steps 1-4 above.
Step 5: Select “Make Payment”
Step 6: Follow payment instructions
- Select payment date if you want to schedule a payment ahead of time
- Select payment option based on how and where you want your funds applied
- Add the amount and click “Continue”
- Provide payment method information
- Accept confirmation
- See receipt
Payment Plans
Students who will be paying out of pocket but are unable to pay in full or need additional time to get financial aid requirements in order, may set-up a payment plan though our payment portal. Note that payment plans require a minimum balance of $250.
A $50 enrollment fee is required. This fee increases to $75 if enrollment happens after the census date. For fall and spring plans, installments are automatically deducted on the last day of each month. During the summer, installments are automatically deducted on the 15th of each month. Note that missed installments will result in a $25 late payment fee.
Enrollment periods for payment plans
Beginning Fall 2023 payment plan drafts will occur on the 1st of each month for Fall/Spring payment plans.
How to enroll in a payment plan via TouchNet
Access TouchNet using steps 1-4 above.
Step 5: Select “Enroll in Payment Plan”
Step 6: Follow instructions
- Select the term
- Select monthly plan you want to enroll in
- Optional: Enter amount for the optional down payment
- Click “Continue”
- Provide payment method information
- Review agreement and confirm enrollment
- See receipt
Special notice
This is a static payment plan and you will be required to immediately email the Student Accounts Office (StudentAccounts@HC.edu) or Online Student Accounts Office (OnlineStudentAccounts@HC.edu) to have your plan recalculated if there are any charges to your student account balance AFTER enrolling in the plan.
