Payment Methods
Your student account is the one-stop shop for paying your tuition and fees online. Our payment portal provides flexibility to make secure payments with your preferred payment method. By making payments online, you will see faster payment posting and updates of your payment status and account balance.
Online Payments
Make payments online through TouchNet using one of the following payment methods. See Payment Portal page for more information on how to access and use TouchNet.
Credit/Debit Card
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
ACH Electronic Fund Transfer
eCheck payments require banking account information. (Note that ACH payments can result in a $40 insufficient fund penalty if unsuccessful.)
International Wire Transfer
We partner with TransferMate and PayMyTuition to provide seamless international payments. (See “International Payments” below for more information.)

TransferMate allows students to pay tuition and fees in their local currency from nearly any country.
How to make a TransferMate payment:
Step 1: Login to my.HC.edu and access TouchNet
See Payment Portal page for more detailed instructions.
Step 2: Select “Make Payment,” enter payment amount, and how you want funds applied
Step 3: Select “TransferMate INTL” as the payment method
Step 4: Select the country that the payment will be coming from and review currency exchange rate
Step 5: Complete the payer details
Step 6: Follow the payment instructions you receive via email
Step 7: Track your payment

PayMyTuition
PayMyTuition allows students to pay tuition and fees in their local currency from nearly any country.
How to make a PayMyTuition payment:
Step 1: Go to PayMyTuition.com, select the country that the payment will be coming from and enter payment amount
Step 2: Review the payment options provided and select your preferred payment method
Step 3: Complete the payer details and then enter student details (including HCU email and student ID number with the “H”)
Step 4: Make the payment with the payment instructions provided
Step 5: Track your payment
