Payment Methods

Online

Make payments online through HuskyNet using one of the following payment methods. See the Payment Portal for more information on how to access and use TouchNet.

Credit/Debit Card

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
IMPORTANT: Every transaction will incur a non-refundable convenience fee of 3% (payments made in USD) or 4% (payments made in non-USD) of the transaction amount (with a $3.00 minimum).

ACH Electronic Fund Transfer

eCheck payments require banking account information. (Note that ACH payments can result in a $40 insufficient fund penalty if unsuccessful.)

International Wire Transfer

We partner with TransferMate and PayMyTuition to provide seamless international payments. (See “International Payments” below for more information.)

In-Person

Make payments in-person at the Student Accounts Office using one of the following payment methods. See Contact Student Accounts page for more information on our office location and hours of operation.

Cash

Note that cash payments must be exact because our office does not have change. Additionally, we do not accept payments in coins greater than $1.

Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order

The student’s name and H number must be written on ALL checks and money orders. Make checks out to Houston Christian University.

Mail

Student payments should be mailed to the Student Accounts Office and scholarship payments should be mailed to the Financial Aid Office.
