Definition of "Domestic Student"

A domestic student is a U.S. citizen, naturalized U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

2. Official Transcripts

Official transcripts should be sent directly to the Graduate School from the college or university that awarded your bachelor's degree. Transcripts sent by students will be considered unofficial. 3. Personal Statement

Applicants should submit a personal statement, between 300 and 500 words, sharing their desire to attend the HCU Graduate School and how they feel a degree from HCU will assist them in their academic and professional careers. Send your personal statement to the Graduate School at

5. Peregrine Assessment

Applicants are required to complete the Peregrine Assessment prior to admission, but it is not factored into admission decisions. HCU will provide additional instructions upon the applicant’s admission to the university.
