Katie Alaniz, EdD, serves as Associate Dean for the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences Online and Director of the Center for Learning Innovations and Teaching Excellence (C-LITE), where she also teaches undergraduate and graduate education courses. As an educator and digital learning specialist for over two decades in both public and private schools, Dr. Alaniz guides fellow educators as they meaningfully integrate digital tools and resources within their classrooms. Dr. Alaniz and her husband, Steven, enjoy serving together at Sagemont Church in Houston.
