Dr. Katie Alaniz, assistant professor of Education, and Dr. Dawn Wilson, professor of Education, were invited to present at the Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE) E-Learn Conference, which took place on October 17-20 in Vancouver, B.C. Dr. Alaniz presented their session in collaboration with Dr. Les Foltos, the director of Educational Innovation at Peer-Ed. The session was entitled “Leveraging the Coaching CPR Method to Ignite Innovative Instruction: The Power of Content Specific, Pedagogically Sound, Results Based Collegial Coaching” and incorporated concepts derived from their book Naturalizing Digital Immigrants: The Power of Collegial Coaching for Technology Integration, which was published in April, 2015 by Rowman & Littlefield.
