Houston Baptist University will welcome Kay Warren, cofounder of Saddleback Church and wife of pastor and author Rick Warren on HBU’s Founders Day. She will speak at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 6, in the Dunham Theater at HBU. Kay is an author, teacher and advocate, spreading a message of mental health awareness and resiliency after her son, Matthew, took his life.
The event is free and open to the public; seating is limited. It will be streamed live at HC.edu/Live.
