HBU Moves Summer 2020 Courses Online & Announces Discount

Houston Baptist University announces online delivery of all Summer 2020 courses.  Registration for both the Summer 2020 and Fall 2020 terms is underway. Residential classes are currently scheduled to resume in Fall 2020.

Students who register for Summer 2020 by Friday, May 1 will receive 15 percent off summer classes. Visit HC.edu/Summer2020.

“Our goal is to keep faculty and students safe while still providing convenient, quality education,” said Dr. Mike Rosato, HBU provost and vice president for Academic Affairs. “We realize students still need to progress in their studies, and this is the best way to help them when face-to-face instruction isn’t feasible.”

HBU is a well-known provider of online education. The University’s Pampell Online Division offers 28 programs of study and claims more than 1,000 students enrolled in its business, education, counseling, psychology, and nursing programs. The addition of traditionally residential courses to the slate of summer offerings provides even more opportunities for students across colleges and majors.

Dr. Steve Peterson, HBU vice president for Online/Digital Learning, said, “I believe HBU is uniquely positioned to help students during this time. Our online programs of study are of the highest quality and rigor. We are welcoming students from all across the country to take advantage of our summer offerings.” Visit HC.edu/Majors to learn more.
