CONVO: “Holy Week Service of Scripture, Sonnets and Songs”

Join us for a special Convocation at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Apr 1, in Dunham Theater for our Holy Week Service of Scripture, Sonnets and Songs. Using the words of the Gospel According to Luke, we will narrate the day of Jesus’ death from his agony as he prayed in the garden to when he was buried in a garden tomb. We will consider and meditate on these defining moments of Christ’s life—in truth, the defining moments of our lives as well— guided in our reflections through the artistry of poets and painters and composers and lyricists, both old and new.
