Family Weekend
October 3 @ 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
I would like to reserve Holcombe Mall stage for Family Weekend. We’ll put a tent on the stage for the DJ and pop two tents on the right side (when facing Hinton) for Bahama Bucks and face painting and one tent on the left side for wayfinding (total of 4 tents). I’ll also need two 8 ft tables and 6 chairs (one each under right tents, 4 chairs with one tent, two with the other). I would like two camp chairs under the wayfinding tent.
