Lesha Wincher is earning her MSHRM (Master of Science in Human Resources Management) from HCU. A graduate of Clear Brook High School in Friendswood, Wincher obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, and was a Houston Texans cheerleader from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, she was crowned Miss Houston USA, and was the second runner-up at the state level.
