John Meredith

John Meredith serves as the Board Chair for the HCU Center for Christianity in Business. John graduated from University of North Georgia (BBA), Georgia Tech (MBA) and Baylor Law (JD). After practicing at a Houston law firm for over seven years, John studied nonprofit management at Harvard University (MPA) and then founded Aspiring Youth with programs for at-risk youth to be successful in school and life. After working at Aspiring Youth for eight years, he worked as the Business Director for Greenberg Traurig, Executive Director and General Counsel for SpringSpirit nonprofit, Executive Director for Beck Redden and now is the Chief Operating Officer of Chamberlain Hrdlicka. John taught public relations at HCU for almost a decade as an Adjunct Professor. John is a Deacon at Second Baptist Church and Director of a Bible Study Class. John is married to Shirley Shelton Meredith and they have two adult sons.
