Anthology Portfolio for Instructors

Anthology Portfolio (formerly Chalk & Wire) is a platform that supports both coursework and fieldwork assessment. As an instructor, you’ll encounter Anthology Portfolio in two main ways:

  • Table of Contents (TOC) Submissions
Students submit work to Anthology Portfolio through links placed in your Canvas course. You review and grade these submissions directly in Anthology Portfolio, and grades can be saved back into Canvas.
  • Fieldwork Placement (Log of Hours & Surveys)
Students record their fieldwork hours, complete required surveys, and submit placement information within Anthology Portfolio. While this work does not sync back to Canvas, you can monitor progress, review logs, and verify placements inside the system.

If you are teaching with Anthology Portfolio, the Instructor Guide provides step-by-step instructions and practical guidance for managing student work.
