Patrick Moore, Director of Instrumental Studies/Director of Bands, served as a guest percussion judge for the Houston Independent School District Marching Band Festival on Tuesday October 11, 2016. In addition to his adjudication duties, Professor Moore worked with twelve high school marching bands as a clinician.
