Dr. Mary White serves as the Teaching & Learning Sciences Department Chair in the HCU College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. As a bilingual educator, she has taught in the charter, public, and private school settings. Her current action research project includes the establishment of a School Library in San Andreas Island.
