Susan Saurage-Altenloh, Ph.D.

As one of the most creative research resources in the U.S., Susan’s firm provides critical insights for some of the coolest and best-known brands across the country. Saurage Research, which stays on the early adoption curve of new techniques and methodologies, has won several national and regional awards for its creative and unique research approaches to secure usable information for marketing and strategic planning purposes.

Susan earned a PhD in Marketing from Capella University for her research on corporate social responsibility and B2B brand equity. She secured an MBA from University of Texas at Austin after earning her BBA from Houston Christian University. More recently she completed an MS in Analytics. She is a frequent contributor to practitioner and scholarly publications as well as an active blogger and public presenter. She enjoys serving on numerous boards and advisory councils for a diverse array of organizations.
