New Upgraded Laptop Device Self-Service Kiosk

Great news! HCU IT has upgraded our two self-service kiosks with new laptops as of Fall 2024.  Laptop Kiosks are  located in the Learning Commons and Learning Lab #114 in the Hodo Residence College.  This enables students to check out a portable Laptop using their student ID card and work with their study group or individually throughout the Learning Commons, Academic Support and Resources, MD Anderson Student Center and study areas in Hodo Residence College.

Laptops may be checked out for up to 4 hours.  The laptop must be returned back to the Kiosk that it was checked out from.  Late and mising laptops could result in charges to your account.   Receipts are automatically emailed to your HCU email account upon check-in.
