Shane Reeves, PharmD is CEO of Twelve Stone Health Partners, which is Nashville, Tennessee’s regional leader in delivering pharmaceutical and medical equipment to post-acute patients. Founded in 2016, TwelveStone is the third iteration of pharmacy organizations founded by Shane Reeves and the Reeves family. Their mission is to honor God, care well for patients, develop their team, and generate profit.
Shane holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee and also serves as a State Senator representing the 14th District of Tennessee.
