Dr. Chris Hammons, director of the Center for Law & Liberty and professor of government, was the featured speaker at the November 14th meeting of the American Museum Society. Dr. Hammons spoke on “Five Things Every American Should Know About the Electoral College.” Dr. Hammons discussed the origins of the Electoral College, how it works, debates over its fairness, and the value of the Electoral College in a federal political system.
