In consultation with their mentor, each student must select a passage of at least twenty verses (and preferably an entire chapter of at least twenty verses) from the Bible to memorize and recite in its entirety at the beginning of one of their sessions of 3740/3640. Students will be evaluated according to the scripture memorization rubric, which is available on Canvas for students to review. By the end of the first week of the semester, students should complete this form, indicating the passage they plan to recite. Students will then be notified when they will be scheduled to recite their passage. Students who do not submit a request by the end of the first week will be assigned a passage.
