January 2025 Graduate Retreat RSVP

Our on-campus residency will be held January 16–19, 2025. This will include two full days of classes on Thursday and Friday, a full day conference on Saturday, and additional classes on Sunday afternoon and evening. Anticipate 9 am to 9 pm, Thu–Sat (although some days we may end earlier) and 1 pm to 8 pm on Sunday. Dietary Restrictions
Lunch and dinner will be provided on-campus during the residency. As we plan meals, please let us know of any specific restrictions or preferences we should try to keep in mind.
Lodging*
All classes will be held at HCU's campus in southwest Houston. Local lodging at a nearby hotel is available for any students traveling from a distance. Your tuition covers a shared room with one other student. If you would prefer your own room, we can provide that for an additional fee of $400.

Transportation
Transportation is not included as part of tuition. If you are flying here, you will need to plan your own transportation to the hotel. We may be able to coordinate carpools to and from campus. Please share here if you anticipate transportation needs during the residency.
