Professional Development Workshop: Teaching the Students We Have
In order to effectively teach our students, we have to know and understand them. This session addresses basic understanding of the HCU population considering Generation Z, poverty, first generation, and the k-12 education they received. Teaching strategies to engage students while still meeting high standards will be shared.
