Schedule a Group Tour

Thank you for your interest in group campus visits at HCU. HCU welcomes scheduled group tours of high school students on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the tour beginning at 10:30 am. Please note, we prefer at least (20 business days) prior notice so that we can be well prepared for your group!

Due to the intimate nature of our campus and wanting to provide your students with the best experience possible, we provide tours for school and community groups of 10- 60 students and accommodate the following:

  • High School Students (grades 9th-12th)
  • Community College Students
  • Organizations such as churches, sport teams, scouting and YMCA etc.

Summer Schedule:
We do schedule groups in the summer, but please be aware that availability is limited due to New Student Orientation.

  • For Group tours, we offer an Info Session led by an Admissions Counselor. The session covers application procedures, admissions requirements, financial aid, athletics, student life, residential life, and ends with Q&A. The sessions are typically 15 minutes long.
