Speakers

Tina Boaz-Murray

Tina Boaz-Murray is the President; Founder of Mind Dance Marketing, Inc. In 1999, at just 26 years old, Tina Boaz-Murray discovered that brand management wasn’t just a career — it was her calling. Guided by a strong work ethic instilled by her mother and a personal mission to leave everyone she encounters better than she found them, she founded Mind Dance Marketing (MDM) in Houston, Texas.
A true testament to Tina’s values and vision, Chick-fil-A, the client that believed in MDM first — remains a loyal partner to this day. Over the past 25 years, Mind Dance has grown into a nationally recognized powerhouse, fueled by an incredibly talented team that drives innovation and creativity for some of the most beloved brands in the nation. Together, they live out the MDM mission of Reinventing How Brands and Consumers Interact through strategy, storytelling, and genuine connection.
Now celebrating 25 years of success, Mind Dance is expanding even further with the launch of Mind Dance Media and Mind Dance Experiential—two new divisions dedicated to redefining how brands engage and inspire. From award-winning campaigns to unforgettable events and a headquarters we’re proud to call our own, Tina’s leadership continues to pave the way for the next era of growth and innovation.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tina’s life is centered around faith, family, and people development. She is married to Greg Murray and together they have three daughters — Macy, Marley, and Maddy Kate. A proud Houston Christian University alumna, Tina remains closely connected to her alma mater as a mentor for the Center for Christianity in Business and as an active member of the Media Alliance of Houston.
Tina attributes her continued personal and professional growth to her trusted circle whose wisdom and accountability she deeply values. When she’s not leading her team or mentoring others, you can often find her enjoying her favorite form of rest and
reflection: hammock time on Sundays.
