Below is a guideline for what you need to be doing each month as you prepare to become a HCU Husky. August-September Fill out the freshman application. Have your homeschool transcript mailed to HCU. October Take the SAT, ACT, or CLT and send your scores to us. NOTE: Test Optional Policy applies for Summer/Fall 2021 admissions. January Fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and be sure to select to have the report sent to HCU. February Attend Preview Weekend. Make your enrollment deposit. March Receive the Financial Aid packet. Apply for Housing. Register for New Student Orientation. April Turn in your Meningitis Vaccination Form (Required by the State of Texas). June Have your final homeschool transcript to be sent to HCU (transcript that shows your high school graduation date). Attend New Student Orientation. August Move into your Residence Hall. Attend Welcome Days. Start Classes.
