Black Student Union

Black Student Union is a multicultural, diversity group. Our goal is to spread our culture around the campus, as well as incorporate other cultures into ours. Our organization is open to any ethnicity, and we hold events all year round. We welcome any and everybody, and we are excited to host educational as well as cultural events!

Our Purpose: to facilitate and enhance the academic success of students, promote positive interaction, mutual respect, and understanding with other organizations, create a sense of community and self-initiative for students within Houston Christian University community, establish and promote interaction among student organizations on campus, encourage pluralism on the part of the faculty, administration, and the student body at large and support the incoming students as they integrate into the campus environment.
